Outlet stores and hand-crafted Amish goods, Lancaster County is a shopper's paradise.  Art galleries play host to local and national artists alike, while our local shops feature treasures ranging from vintage clothes, unique glassware and other hard to find, but easy to love, items.

Your registration includes:
Access to Retreat sessions
Three (3) nights lodging and Retreat meals
Access to the fitness center, business center and indoor pool
2025 Women's Retreat Souvenir Items *for registrations before September 14
Not included: travel costs, airfare, parking fees, late/no show fees, early departure fees, incidental charges

Cancellation Policy:
Final payment is due on or before September 28 . Your registration will be cancelled for lack of payment if not received by this date. There will be no refund given for cancellation due to lack of payment.  If you need to cancel your registration, please email your request to [email protected].  Your registration cannot be transferred to another person. Your registration is not cancelled until you receive a cancellation confirmation. 

Deposit Policy:
Your registration requires a minimum non-refundable deposit, based on this deposit schedule:
May 11 to July 6 - $350 minimum non-refundable deposit
July 7 to August 31 - $500 minimum non-refundable deposit
September 1 to 28 - full payment

Final payment is due on or before Sunday, September 28.  Any balance remaining on your registration at that time will be automatically charged using the same payment method provided with registration.  By completing your registration you are agreeing to the charge of any outstanding balance.  Registrations are not transferable. Registration costs are per person. 

Refund Policy:
Cancellations May 11 to July 6 - monies paid minus $350 minimum non-refundable deposit
Cancellations July 7 to August 31 - monies paid minus $500 minimum non-refundable deposit
Cancellations on September 1- no refund
Cancellations after August 31 - no refund

We cannot refund monies after August 31, 2025 because the ministry enters into contractual agreements to accommodate your registration.

Optional Insurance Coverage

If you are interested in purchasing event insurance for cancellation and other unforeseen circumstances, there is optional coverage available to you through Faith Ventures.  FAITH VENTURES is a collaboration with Brotherhood Mutual Insurance.  If you would like to consider additional protection against loss of medical, travel, baggage, other valuables personal items and event and event cancellation, you can learn more at their website and sign up online. This insurance has been approved by the provider for use on religious mission trips, conferences and retreats.  

Access to this coverage is offered as a courtesy and is NOT an insurance under From the Heart Church Ministries, Inc®.  Your participation in it is OPTIONAL and AT YOUR OWN RISK AND COST and is not a requirement to attend the From the Heart event.  Participants will directly contract with Faith Ventures, and any payments or claims under this coverage are to be submitted directly to Faith Ventures.
