Your Registration Includes:
Access to the Retreat Sessions
Three (3) nights lodging and Retreat Meals
Round-trip bus transportation from the Parent Church - for those who selected bus transportation
2025 Men's Retreat Souvenir Items *for registrations before September 14
Deposit Policy:
Your registration requires a minimum non-refundable deposit, based on this deposit schedule:
July 6 to September 28 - $150 minimum non-refundable deposit
September 29 to November 2 - Full payment due
Final payment is due on or before Sunday, November 2. Any balance remaining on your registration at that time will be automatically charged using the same payment method provided with your registration. By completing your registration you are agreeing to the charge of any outstanding balance.
Cancellation Policy:
Final payment is due on or before November 2. Your registration will be cancelled for lack of payment if not received by this date. If you need to cancel your registration, please email us at [email protected]. Your registration is not cancelled until you receive a cancellation confirmation. Registrations and balances are not transferable.
Refund Policy:
Cancellations July 6 to October 31 - monies paid minus $150 minimum non-refundable deposit
Cancellations after October 31 - no refund
We cannot refund monies after October 31 because the ministry enters into contractual agreements to accommodate your registration.
Optional Insurance Coverage:
If you are interested in purchasing event insurance for cancellation and other unforeseen circumstances, there is an optional coverage available to you through Faith Ventures. FAITH VENTURES is a collaboration with Brotherhood Mutual Insurance. If you would like to consider additional protection against loss of your medical, travel, baggage, other valuable personal items and event cancellation, you can learn more at their website and sign up online HERE. This insurance has been approved by the provider for use on religious missions trips, conferences and retreats.
NOTE - Access to this coverage is offered as a courtesy and is NOT an insurance under From the Heart Church Ministries, Inc. Your participation in it is OPTIONAL and AT YOUR OWN RISK AND COST and is not a requirement to attend the From the Heart event. Participants will directly contract with Faith Ventures, and any payments or claims under this coverage are to be submitted directly to Faith Ventures.
