Your Registration Includes:
Access to the Retreat Sessions
Three (3) nights lodging and Retreat Meals
Round-trip bus transportation from the Parent Church, if you selected this option
2024 Men's Retreat Souvenir Items *for registrations before October 27
Deposit Policy:
Your registration requires a minimum non-refundable deposit, based on this deposit schedule:
July 7 to September 28 - $150 minimum non-refundable deposit
September 29 to November 4 - Full payment
Final payment is due on or before Monday, November 4. Any balance remaining on your registration at that time will be automatically charged using the same payment method provided with your registration. By completing your registration you are agreeing to the charge of any outstanding balance.
Cancellation Policy:
Final payment is due on or before November 4. Your registration will be cancelled for lack of payment if not received or approved by this date. There will be no refund given for cancellation due to lack of payment. If you need to cancel your registration, please email us at [email protected]. Your registration is not cancelled until you receive a Cancellation Confirmation.
Refund Policy:
Cancellations July 7 to November 3 - monies paid minus $150 minimum non-refundable deposit
Cancellations on November 4 - no refund
Cancellations after November 4 - no refund
Registrations and balances are not transferable.
